While it appears like an online booking process, they are handing off their sales to the travel agents. Not doing so might in fact damage their profitable relationships with these travel agents. (note this is parallel to the hotel relationship with tour operator).&lt;br /&gt;These still profitable relationships can not be damaged and cause a lingering affect of manual offline processing.
